Have been having considerable computer problems but had not forgotten. John and myself have been extremely happy with the way you and Brad handled the process of selling our property in Castlewood Ct. We know it can be demoralising when no one shows up for an ‘open house’ yet you always seemed to find the brighter side and persevered without letting things get you down. You clearly know what you are doing and handled the advertising/marketing beautifully. Both yourself and Brad were a delight to deal with seeing the amusing side of things when there were accidental mistakes, which there weren’t many of, but we did appreciate the wine you got us!!!!! From a seller’s point of view it obviously also helps you when the property is presented immaculately at all times and it must make things easier for you guys as well. Both you and Brad were very helpful, informative about the market and leaving us with a feeling of confidence that you knew what you were doing. Should we ever decide to come back to the Samford area we would be delighted if we could engage your services once more but then from a buyer’s perspective.
